have been trying to call them for 3 weeks they have not picked up the phone once about a package that they did not scan that was delivered. I do Etsy and without that delivery scan I do not get paid. My account was suspended by Etsy because of this incident which is not even my fault The Post Office is costing me a lot of money because of my suspension. I will see what other means I have to recuperate my money. unbelievable!!!!!!

I have called the main Post Office number to try to contact them and they Don’t even get a response.
If the Post Office manager cares it is time to start firing people And replace them with people that want to work.
Now I understand why they’re rating is so low.

Worst experiance two times the mail came back to my address rather to the place need to go and it is very important document need to go to SF Embassy already delaid and the stuff is not ready to hear the issue and checking in there system. We can’t track as no update on it and showing the previous tracking informtion.They need to listen and help the customers to get there issues resolved. I am notgiving any start for there customer service. Lastly I got a good representative who helped me out to resolve the issue hopefully the package will go on the right destination as she had change the destination in there system.

I have been waiting for a package for about a month. And the the day it was supposed to arrive it was refused?! How when I was the only person there, and wasn’t told that it was delivered?! This makes zero sense. Especially when I was alerted that it was refused past closing hours so I can make a complaint.

I ordered a package in October. Est delivery was Nov 3-5. It’s the 22nd now. USPS said they delivered it to MY dorrstep Nov 5. They did not !! Not only does USPS frequently deliver my packages to an entirely different street than the one I live on but their automated system takes a ridiculous amount of time to navigate. Forget trying to talk to a live person, they don’t even open until 9am. Offering to text you back ( after you’ve already gone to work) is useless.
