Usps Santa Maria Hours Tracking Phone Number Reviews
Carrier Vincent is the bees knees! He works quickly and efficiently, with a smile on his face. USPS could definitely use more workers like him!
My packages are not left in my mailbox on time, or the usps puts my packages in the wrong mail box. Also refused to help me make a claim at my near postal office, so I had to make a claim online. On top of all that no one has contacted me about my claim.
Lastly they said that they were going to go a call back to let me know what happen to my package and never did. Horrible customer service they have me on hold for phone while on the phone for a long time and never pick up , they don’t train their carriers properly and enough to correctly leave mail or packages in the right mail box.
My Amazon order was delivered today and put in the wrong parcel locker. I got someone else’s and delivered it to them. When I asked if they can check their mail box there was no parcel Key. I tried calling but everything was closed after 3:00pm PST. What Do I do next, I understand mistakes happen and would like this to be resolved by having my package in front of me.

I have been receiving my mail at this post office for nearly 9 months I have no complaints great Customer service clean every answer I’ve had has been answered correctly. So yeah 10/10. But one thing I do not like is the new hours that they all of a sudden have for the post office box goer’s don’t understand why they close and lock down where I try and grab my mail. ” Kinda a burden “. Bit anyways can’t I get a answer on this subject please and thank you.
Great. Customer service is as expected. All very informative and helpful. A lot of the negative comments are a result of impatient people, but it is understandable. You want your package when you want it. You to be helped and leave as quickly as possible. Also, they are not responsible for stolen items (so please don’t harass them about stolen items). Please be a little more patient with the people working; they’re just trying to do their jobs to the best of their abilities.
