I had an amazing experience at this post office! I had a package delivered to an old address, and when that package was set to be sent back to the sender, I was able to walk in and ask that they intercept the package and change the address to my new one. They immediately were able to locate the driver that had my package and asked if he could change the address on it. They told me that they would deliver it the next day, but it instead showed up that night! 10/10 very very helpful and wonderful experience.

Robert took the time to call us ahead of our passport appointment with details of the application process/requirements so we come prepared. The application was smoothly submitted and passport received ahead of schedule. Appreciate the due diligence on his part!.

My packages were delivered promptly. Danny, who delivered my packages(heavy), was kind and courteous. People in the post office were also courteous when I went to collect my package. They gave me a dolly to carry my heavy packages to the car.I recently went there to post some holiday cards. The post officer went an extra mile and helped me fix all my oversized envelopes. It was almost 5pm, still she was calm and helped me with all my cards. Totally appreciate it!

I came here looking to renew my passport one day and was told that I needed to make an appointment. Their earliest “opening” was over a month out. Yeah, that didn’t work for me. What did I do? The very next day I made the drive to a post office a bit north, walked in and walked out with my passport paperwork submitted and on its way to being processed. Saved myself a month and rec’d my passport three weeks later If you go to San Ramon post office, it’s a “battle for the cellar.” Good luck.

Very impressed with this post office. We had an appointment for passports for my son. Robert so kindly left us a detailed message of what we should bring and be prepared for a smooth transaction two days before. When we arrived there we followed the instructions knocked on the door he brought us inside followed all Covid protocol. We were in and out in less than 4 minutes. The place was clean parking was easy very impressed with this location.
