Appointments mean absolutely nothing here. Do yourself a favor and go out of your way to find a passport place somewhere else. I feel like they intentionally provide horrible service so less people will come.

USPS claimed to have delivered my package to my apartments parcel box but never put the key to it in my mail box. I have no way of knowing if they put the key in the wrong mailbox or even delivered my package at all! Of course they never answered my phone call so i went in to complain and they told me that my only option was to chase down the mail man!.

The amount of times my neighbor has gotten my mail is unbelievable. Super disappointing and a hassle everything I have mail, especially larger packages. It quite interesting how they could continue to make the same mistake.

If I could give zero stars I would. I just encountered the rudest employee ever! I went in to let them know they tried delivering my package to the wrong house and wanted to know if I would be able to pick it up without the paper they put on someone else’s door. The lady rudely let me know that they aren’t back for the day and how do I know they didn’t leave a paper on my door. I told her it was literally on my phone saying they left a notice on the door. I showed it to her and she said what am I looking at!? I am so irritated USPS needs to hire more respectful people because that was a joke. Very disappointed!!.

Our items, mail, packages, were stolen from our mail box. No, my box is not locked. Our regular carrier always brings packages to our door. She is wonderful.I tried calling the USPS, but at no time can you speak to someone.
Maybe more common sense training for your carriers and a user friendly phone service.These were not only Christmas gifts, but we paid good money.I will contact Amazon to ask the postal service no longer deliver our packages. I would rather pay a little more for shipping then have to deal with this again.
