I am a reseller and work from home. My mailman has been refusing to pick up my outgoing boxes after I have scheduled a pick up. He has also not delivered my incoming boxes and leaves them on his truck for days when we use Priority Mail! When and if he does come to my porch, I hear him calling out curse words and shaking his head over and over again. We have a Ring doorbell camera, so I have him on video. He’s overweight and refuses to get off the truck. I think he’s trying to punish me. Lol. He’s very lazy and will not do his job. Something needs to be done. He needs to be reprimanded for refusal to pick up packages when they have been scheduled. Next time, I will set them on top of the mailbox and see if he still refuses.

This post office has terrible customer service. Was hung up on after waiting 30 minutes, now I can’t get anyone on the phone. Very inconvenient having to deal with Usps. I would love to know where my express package is !

I can confirm the complaints of others as valid here. Most of the employees do their best, but lines are long with only 1 or 2 attendants at MOST. They can never cash a $100 money order, which is a form of fraud since it clearly says on the USPS website that money orders can be cashed at any USPS branch. They sell them, so the ability to cash them should NEVER rely on what’s in someone’s cash drawer at a given moment. I’ve had two money orders for $100 each to cash for a YEAR! I’ve tried about 5 times off and on in that year to cash them. They should keep a fund on hand to cash money orders separately! No brainer, but hey, it’s a government agency, so what do we really expect? Efficiency? Good customer service? That’s a laugh.
