It makes me so nervous when I see that my packages are being delivered with USPS, because it is ALWAYS an issue . How come they could put bills and flyers into the correct mailbox, but constantly put my online shopping items in the neighbors box 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️This is the most sketchy post office I’ve ever heard of . In December the same thing happened and when my dad went to go ask her to check the box underneath it (since that was where it pinged to ) she acted like she didn’t understand his accent and walked off. I had to physically chase her down 🤦🏻‍♀️ Do better.

They mark packages ‘delivered’ before they actually get delivered. Now I’m having to jump through hoops with companies I bought from that say I should’ve received my items but the Post Office says it could be up to 4 days before they get here. Also the Lompoc USPS line is worse than the DMV, every single person that works there is incompetent.

Horrible service, I called to find out information about my package and the worker was very rude. Raised his voice over the phone, absolute ridiculous. Never mind the fact that the automated phone system is a nightmare to navigate. Almost impossible to finally talk to a real person. Th ey constantly deliver packages to the wrong address, which means I have to get it reordered and shipped again. No wonder they have 2 stars, should be less than 1.
